We want every guest to have a great time from start to finish. These policies help us respect everyone’s time, energy, and experience. By booking your class, you agree to the following:
1. Arrival Time & Late Policy
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
• We offer a 5-minute grace period after your scheduled start time.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule. No exceptions.
• This is to protect the vibe and respect all guests — not just your group.
2. Rescheduling & No-Shows
• If you're late and we have to reschedule, we’ll offer new date options based on availability.
• A $20 rescheduling fee per person applies.
• If you decline to reschedule or choose not to attend, no refund will be given.
• No-shows without communication are treated the same — no refunds or credits.
3. All Sales Are Final
• We do not offer refunds for:
• Late arrivals
• Missed classes
• Cancellations
• We’ll do our best to reschedule you, but once booked, the sale is final.
4. Group Bookings
• Booking for a group? You’re responsible for making sure everyone in your party understands this policy.
• The policy applies to each guest, not just the person who booked.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
• By booking, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder, or that you have explicit permission from the authorized cardholder to use the card for this transaction.
• If the card used is not in your name, you are responsible for ensuring the cardholder is fully aware of the booking and these policies.
• Filing a false chargeback (claiming the charge was unauthorized when it wasn’t) is considered fraud.
• If a dispute is filed, we will provide all supporting documentation — including booking records, emails, arrival logs, and any communication from your party — to protect our business.
6. Respect the Space
• Our space is creative, safe, and welcoming.
• Please treat staff and other guests with kindness and respect.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
